Discontinued Cameras

Our policies call for us to announce upcoming discontinuation events nine months ahead of the 'last time buy' opportunity for cameras. The 'last time shipment' opportunity for cameras is approx. three months after last time buy.

To the discontinuated camera series:

Thanks to our many years of experience – we have been an active player in the computer vision market since 1988 – we are fully aware of the consequences of discontinuations. For this reason we maintain a stock of replacement parts for discontinued products, with the goal of offering technical support and repairs on a 'last time service' basis for cameras up to three years after the 'last time buy' deadline. Please note however that unforeseen events can cause deviations from those timelines.
