Terms of use of the Basler Promotion Material (logo and/ or images)

By downloading Basler Promotion Material in this download area Partner accepts and agrees to the following Terms of use:

1. Disclosure of login data to any unauthorized person (internal/ external) is prohibited.

2. Basler Promotion Material shall only be used to indicate that Partner is selling products of Basler Group and is limited to advertising materials, website pages etc. (hereinafter “advertising material”). The specific scope and purpose of use shall be agreed in writing or via email with Marketing/ Communication department of Basler AG prior any publication. The right to use is non-exclusive, revocable, personal and non-transferable, royalty free, with no right to grant sublicenses.

3. Partner shall submit Marketing/ Communication department of Basler AG a copy or sample of any advertising material indicating how Basler Promotion Material is actually supposed to be used for written (email sufficient) approval prior to publication. If not agreed otherwise Partner shall send copies or samples to: communications-requests@baslerweb.com. Partner shall follow the instructions from Basler if any correction is requested.

4. Neither Basler AG nor any of its affiliated companies shall be liable for the use of Basler Promotion Material.

5. Use of Basler Promotion Material and the production and use of advertising material is at Partners own costs and risk.

6. Partner shall follow the Basler Logo Guideline in its latest version. The Terms of use shall prevail against it of the Basler Logo Guideline.

7. In the event of revocation Partner shall be obliged to stop using Basler Promotion Material (advertising material containing it) within one month. Any kind of cost reimbursement is excluded.

8. Basler shall retain all rights, title and/ or interest in and to the Basler Promotion Material and its components.

9. The Terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Germany. All disputes arising from or in connection with the Terms of use shall be decided by the courts competent for the location of Basler.
